7-16 dmg is the current day max for q8 daggers, 7-17 on q8 daggers is pre-nerf and hasn't dropped since before Nightfall release.

These can vary depending on who is online at any point in time. This skin is one of the more common Q8 7-16s, I would take 40-50e for it but could go for more if multiple interested.
