I just activated one key to trade items between characters and redeem Kuunavang to fund my main account. Can you get banned when you trade items between characters because it looks like illegally buying for real money?

As long as the players are legitimate and not illegal sellers, there is no reason.

Good to know, thanks. I think I will make sure to trade some worthless item from the receiving side so it doesnt seem suspicious.

One trade will not be suspicious. If you are not starting to trade arms, ectos in bulk with different players and not get anything in return. Then it gets suspicious
But Kamadan is full with people buying gold and resources. All of them are still playing. Don't make a hassle out of this.
