clockwork scythe looks like mox item to me and rhinos charge like a /bonus weapon. they are custo‘d.
rest is merch / salvage some mods.
maybe green is prenerf, if really old drop.
The only thing here that could be prenerf is the req10 war hammer and only if it's the ram version of the skin (https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/War_Hammer_(ram)).
The green is from NF (so no prenerf version).
