I’d say this is one of the most commonly in demand super rare functional items in the game. What are there, 4 +5e OS crystas in the game? Req barely matters here, gv is irrelevant.

Agree with above. The potential demand is what takes it to 5k+ arms easily, with trades for items of a similarly priceless nature probably the only fair trade. Don’t even see the OP trading this 1:1 for the r8 dual vamp chaos axe in the other thread, as sick (and apparently similarly rare) as that is.
