Hello, just want to share my Devona build that got me to level 20 soloing the dungeon:
Otyugh's Cry, Call of Haste, Call of Protection, Heal as One, Bonetti's Defense, Watch Yourself, Healing Signet, Resurrection Signet
Otyugh's Cry is disabled to save energy so Devona can upkeep the other skills.
Just pull back and kill the Charr when they are attacking the (very tanky) pet.

And also with these skills I was able to rush the dungeon, killing only the first and last boss:
Incoming, Fall Back, Savage Slash, Sever Artery, Gash, Watch Yourself, Healing Signet, Resurrection Signet
I disable the shouts and use them manually.
The interrupt I also disable and only use on Maz's Kinetic Armor.
If Maz succeeded in casting Kinetic Armor, I pull back and wait 8 seconds for it to run out.
