Req 8 Runic Blade

The Runic Blade only drops as inscripted. From my understanding, this will only drop from UW chest, Fow chest, Zaisehn Chest, and dungeon chests. None of these particular chests can drop Q8 items. Unless a foe that is level 17-21 can drop the Runic Blade that I am not aware of, I would say that a q8 cannot exist for this particular skin.

Back in the days, Runic Blade was worth a lot because only dropping in HA (if i remember right) so only in insc version
& i don't think q8 drop in HA
