I am no pro in the shield section but cloud is about right imo.

It's a q9 tact perfect but honestly the bonuses are useless unless you collect shields just for the sake of it. 40e-50e max seems to be about the right price imo.

Dont see value in both of these BOs.

Dom/Fire is not a good combination and the comm one is not max.

I would merch them both.
