Hey,

For the shields I would just merch all of them, they are very unperfect and with unwanted stats and common skins.

For the staves/wands I would merch everything except :

- Evil Eye = maybe 5/10e (wait for more opinion)

- Simiting rod = maybe a few ecto (hard sell)

- Divine Symbol = 5-15e

the voltaic wand could generate interest to someone. I would not merch it. You may can get 10e for it.
