PC strange staff: inscribable staff without inscription slot

Hi all,

Before merch this staff I just want to be sure: it's curious, it comes from the Zaishen chest but there is no inscription slot on it (impossible to put any inscription on it).

Does it happen offen? is it a bug? It's the first time that I see that

and for sure... does it worth something?

It accures from time to time. q9 Clean items have some collectors.

q10 and with basic skin i suggest merch.

I agree with Mr Clean, unless it's a rare skin (BDS, crysta) those kind of item are mostly merch.
