Take what u can get out of it.
its q10 , mixed and 2 off max
also stance and ench can still be played from Whirling rangers but ench and hex is really exotic. ( since i got 2 times correceted or/and in arguments by 2 good friends that everything has a playability somewhere , so i wont say this is unplayable combo
. still i really cant call it playable 
)i would say if some one wants a OS bladed and is mostly interessted in the ench HP its a "better" "nonplayable" then like a -3 hex 9vs ogres.
everyhting at ~5-10e should allrdy be a fair price
Edit: me personally most likely would merch it but u can still do that after some time like when no interesst in 2 weeks or so. Or self use or henchmen are also reasonable options here

If you need a second opinion I agree with Mr Clean value, take every offer you can get (2-10e) or merch it.
