Most things with bids have just under a day to go assuming there are no further offers (these items have been marked in yellow with an updated time). All bids should be up to date as of this post (please let me know if I've missed something).

The truncheon has stat values indicative of being dropped pre-factions, sometimes this additional "layer" of prenerf-y-ness can add some extra value to an item, tbd though. As said above, the broadsword is the best of the bunch, though still (very rarely) obtainable.
You might want to look over the info in all of these threads: Prenerf

No. He’s saying that by default the only one here that might not be prenerf is the fellblade. The only prenerf characteristic it could have is a higher gv than is currently possible on q8 drops.
Sure, it could have a lower gv and still be prenerf, but it would need some other identifying quality for that to be the case. The only thing that could be is the inherent, but because it’s 15^50, we know that’s not an option either.In any case, it's something quite recurrent in many conversations where some people devalue certain items because they are supposedly "not prenerf". Not everyone has the infinite knowledge of certains here.
Edit to respond to your edit: Devaluing something because it’s not prenerf is pretty typical/logical. Why would a fellblade, of equal functionality, that is still obtainable, be worth as much as one that isn’t still obtainable?
I’m not sure what your issue with it is. -
