I once got 2 elite necro tomes from one chest in frostmaws, was playing with 1 other player who then could not use the chest anymore
Stackable items from locked chests can drop as a stack for one person, I'm sure that if you were able to stop for the whole team to get the chest there would have been 2 people without a drop.
This would confirm that the contents of chests requiring a key (excluding Z chests) would be determined in advance, when the instance is created. And as the stats are determined prior to ID an item, which would fall from these chests, this is quite amusing to note (or not)
This (that drops are predetermined) has been a known thing for years.
Side note about the multiple tome drops though: Whenever this happens, it’s always that the last people that could open the chest are now unable to. Say, in a group of 8, everyone opens the chest in order, according to their order in the party. Player 4 opens the chest and gets 3 of the same tome. Players 7 and 8 are now unable to open that chest. Player 4 essentially stole their drops.Same thing if they got 2 tomes from it. Now only player 8 will be unable to open that chest. The fact that it’s always the last players (at least in my experience), I think means that while the drops themselves are predetermined, who actually gets those drops is still up to chance at the time of opening.
Moral of the story: If you’re going to open a chest, always open it first

The shadow bow, SWS, oni blade, storm artifact, plague daggers and shadow staff are all prenerf. Value would probably go: daggers > long sword > shadow bow/storm artifact/oni > the other prenerfs > the rest.
Exact values would just need to be determined by auction. I'd probably merch the celestial shield.

In the primary Quest "Stolen Eggs" youll find some outcast enemies. in HM the Boss is lvl 20 and 1 necro is lvl 21, which make both be able dropping q8 outcast stuff
Also the necros being lvl 21 is irrelevant in either mode until lvl 21s are proven to drop purple/gold q8s. The deathhands are regularly lvl 21 outside of that quest anyway.

could it really? i don't think i've ever seen a 13% on a blue of those mods that max out at 15% (those that aren't while hexed or while below 50% health).
from what observe it is 10-12% on blue, 13-14% on purple and 14-15% on gold.

It doesn't, no. But conventional knowledge of game mechanics and process of elimination quickly narrows it down to a very small number of would-be possibilities.

Ok, but the discussion was about Q8s, no lower requirements, your negative answer was about the potential farm of q8s.
q8s are "lower requirements" of this skin than are possible from the above sources. What are you on about? A particular source dropping a max q8 of some skins does not mean that they can drop q8s of other skins.

What makes you so sure? When the chests dropping them have q8 possibilities in NM
Various skins are locked by affiliation and by level.
Two options, in theory, exist for your assumption.
1) NM Maguuma chests near titans during "Defend Denravi."
2) The first Kilroy chest during his quest in Sorrow's Furnace.
The first option satisfies the affiliation requirement, as is standard for keyed chests.
The second option is not bound but such a requirement, as is typical for keyless chests.However, neither of them satisfy the level requirement. Tell me, have you ever seen a req 2 FDS? A req 4 magmas shield? A req 0 fellblade? No. Because they don't exist.
By your logic, a NM ascalon chest during "the last day dawns" should also drop magmas shields, at a variety of very low reqs. But they don't. And that's why you've never seen them. The above 2 sources (most likely the ones you have in mind) have been discussed before and have yet to yield the supposed jackpot. Those 2 sources are simply not a high enough level to drop such skins, regardless of what other requirements may be produced for other skins from them.Now, if you have some other mysterious source of titans or titan chests that satisfy both of these requirements that I'm not aware of, I'm all ears. But until then, I'm sure

Potentially found a farm spot for q8 Magmas, unfortunately since my 2FA ban I cannot test it out, but in theory it should work.
