if a chest dropped max dmg items and q8s it means it can drop (todays) max q8s... so there's to that. and it is not terribly rare - somewhere in between 1:50 and 1:100 drops are q8 on a lvl 20 chest - I'd have to check data. -

yes! most of those q8s will be worth multiple arms. do not sell too quickly, let the auction run a couple days. people will try to lowball
I'd place them in the 5-15a range each. the shield is quite interesting and might even get higher offers... also the fds is a popular skin and the 11% is nice! the purple wingblade sword you can merch - it can still drop like that and isn't worth money. also the flamberge will rather be a tough sale - q9 15^50s are so common due all the botting that barely anyone buys them. but you should get 5-25e with some time and luck.

I'd merch everything, maybe you get 10e for the shadow staff q9.
generally on insc anything above q9 is merch, q9 can be sold for some ecto but usually not worth the time and effort, on oldschool=non insc stuff you mainly look for max inherent mods, for melee type weps 15^50 (only q9), 15/-1 ene or health reg (any req) and 5e (singlehand), whilst on caster type weps you look for matching Hsr, Hct or 15/-1e mods. on shields the popular dualmaxmod combinations are best to identify (-5/20 +30 or -2wS 45wS or -2wE 45wE or 10ar +30 or 1/20attr +30 or condition +30 or 10ar -2wE) but they are so common that the rarer yet less desired by the broad mass are also worth the effort - dualmaxmod is a must or some q8.
this is just a basic outline, of course some skins are rarer or more desired than others, which also reflects in price and some are really exclusive, which come extremely rarely only from very specific end chests.

another point to add might be the relatively high gold value of the thing. 194g is equally rare as a 388g gold item. whilst this is possible on every regular FoW/UW mob it still is rather rare and would be unlikely that the one item like it we have is such one. on keyless chests the gold values have been seen to range higher, so another small hint in that direction.
one more thing to test: does it accept a shield handle? this way we can destinguish between a bugged quest source like the battle plan thing and a proph/fac drop.

on first pic check kamadan chat for minis and tonics, the ones unholy stated should bring some interest. also G and Z will likely bring some money as they're prenerf, I'd suspect in the 50-300e range for each of them. on AR an AL salv the insc - the max one brings 15-20e, the 19% still 2-5e. everything else merch on first screen.
on sevond screen all golds I'd merch, here and there you might get 1-2e for a max q9, but dreadful. the greens - check unholys advice for prenerf ones, else there is not much value

well the buckler can still drop like it, is singlemod and the mod isn't particularly useful nor max. it is merch.
the bows are nice - can't drop max q8s anymore - plagueborn recurve I'd expect 50a+, amber around 20a

you can solo them using monk 500HP - faster and more reliable and 4 fold drops compared to bringing heros

personally I always try to think a bit outside the box for builds and not go for any posted around if I find time and joy. this gets you to know many skills and their cross-effects and some synergies. Also it keeps a fresh vibe to the entire thing. I'd especially recommend to look at the new anniversary elite skills and the PvE (aka title-related skills) they give fresh vibes and are rather versatile.
personally I play war 99% of time, but often ideas come up on other profession builds whilst I am at it. for example recently D/E came up with kinetic armor+dust cloak as a VERY solid baseline against melee. But often the ideas lead to nothing as well so just be prepared not to let yourself down to frustration.
hope you find some ideas you like this way - also forums are great inspiration. and wiki helps a lot if looking at specific mechanics like knockdown based builds or condition based etc.

those I found all on wiki - just go to the wepon pages (e.g. staff) and go by the ones for EotN. the check their entries on where they drop in the discussion pages as well as on the main pages. I won't guarantee anything, but this is what I found - and I might have made mistakes in either direction
diamond aegis is a bit disputable since apparently in eotn it does only drop from endchests, whilst on other campaigns it comes as well...
