gold insc has dropped since introduction of zchest and does now also drop in both new dungeons in pre and post
gold os has dropped in the first days of the new dungeon in pre only in the end chest
purple insc is new since the introduction of the pre dungeon and now drop on those two end chests.
purple os is same situation as gold os.

rarest and most expencive are two different things also... asking for still dropping stuff or the prenerfery?
one that definitely is the rarest and one of the most expencive is definitely that q8 15% undcond axe. not that it would be for sale... also unique and damn expencive are the henchmen tonics. but there is plenty other things that really are unique but yet not near as valueable. and then ofc there is things that are damn rare, can still drop, but bone has ever been dropped yet. and those that I think of wouldn't come close to the value of those items mentioned before. like the q3 equine aegis for example. it is just that there is not as much use or interest to them. with the amount of botting being done it would definitely not be out of the odds to see one, if it were pursued. but there is no reason to do it since... yeah not as pricey.

"the 20/20"? youmean a sundering modded one? that does not affect price at all. the mod can be changed and costs 1e or less. what makes it valueable is q8 max damage, skin and the perfect inherent (unchangeable) 15^50 mod.
these sell into 1500a+ put for auction and wait. definitely an echovald in those stats will only be a fraction of the price. like 50a maybe

Got this on my Melandru today, soooo close to finnaly adding a max q3 gold insc to my collection.
10 ar is fucked up. no gold shield can regularly drop that low. that means maybe we are going to see q2 golds?!
gold item on my first chest on varny... 8e foc q7 10g unid 44g id, lvl20 main with 3 lvl20 heroes.

yeah, but he could only get his name back so he wouldn't win. arms would be with trade mod and returned to buyer because the afore agreed upon service hasn't reached the buyer.
it is worse even: the buyer can scam everyone, the trade mod can scam anonymously, the seller alone can not really scam.
there is no way any outsider could prove, disprove or verify that a name "lost" is with either party. the buyer can just have an alt, take the name there, say d'oh it's taken, doesn't have it on his main. neither the trade mod nor the seller could ever find out if or if not the buyer got it. so the trusted middleman does not help at all, bc all that brings into play is another party that could anonymously steal the thing of value. a 1:1 would be fairer in that the risk were evenly distributed between buyer and seller: both could do at some point during trade make the bitch move of snatching it on an alt and leaving with arms and the name. the situation would be that whoever went first would have the risk. arms first: buyer at risk, name first: seller at risk. it is even. with a trade mod the trusted reputation won't help. he could snatch it himself and still keep his reputation. the buyer could snatch it and the trade mod couldn't verify and would have to hand arms back leaving the seller without the name, the buyer with the name and the scam done in an untrackable way.
but... there is hope: you COULD buy an extra account, put the name on there, use a trade mod to transfer the account, let the buyer link it to their email (in order for the seller bot able to grab back by password reset or other) and the buyer could then at an undisclosed time to anyone else transfer the name to the main acc. that however would violate eula, would be trackable by anet - likely be persued and possibly end in ban of both accs.
so... really consider IF you want to do a name trade and IF you want to include a third party.
Uh could you elaborate why 660 isnt possible? Multiples of 4 should always work for gold items?
yeah, max ones are multiples of 8, since the formula goes (unid +rnd)×4 and rnd is in the realm of 1-unid.
yup, 488 max for regular drops, treasure from what I know highest is 648. (at least 660 wouldn't be a possible gv for a gold item and highest I have seen was 636 I believe).
and seeing the skin of this item it is very likely it came from a locked chest in the realm, where those high values happen regularly.

generally most prenerf greens sell for 5a, desired ones can reach more. just so you have a vague idea. but I am entirely uncertain as to which would be desired or rare ones, Unholy is your number one adress for these.

no, max mod would be 4/15.
generally ther is a min roll on blue, a max roll on gold and the possible ranges of the stat go 0-50% along the way for blue, 50-75% for the purple and 80-100% on gold. the gap is the reason we do not have 40wE or 55wH mods AT ALL..
start the farewell ceremonies to your mauso triples already... because... intended or not I see no was to differentiate in a script like the 60/60 fix...
