good news and bad news...
Good: I have a q9 tac SSS (they only drop tactics) for ya.
Bad: You will *never* find a tactics Aureate Aegis, they only exist in command and motivation.
Shield of the Lion is strength only as well.

this isn’t what was wrong for me. My client didn’t even launch into the login screen. I only got to the point where the launcher started the actual game and that was it.
Luckily I lachend had issues in a long time.
Ok, here's a trick to try.
If ur on win10 and gw doesn't load pop open task manager and look for the gw.exe process. See if there is 2. If there is 2 right click one of them and end task.
Idk why, but i think what happens is the login part fails handing off to the game client and it hangs with both running. Kill one and it resumes loading usually.

Ok, this is a stupid side collection. One dropped, i saved it, two more the next week, then slowly more drops.

if by 8th year you mean vouchers, they are NOT tradeable.
Vouchers and Surprise Boxes from vouchers will not go into a trade window.
With vouchers your only option is pick boxes of the year u want, open them, and try to sell the mini/tonic

The q9 15^stance Colossal Pick will probably be the biggest value, they don't drop insc. I'd guess 25e+
The holy branch is probably 5-15e, there are no prot os staves so thats decent for a monk but a common skin.
The q10 earth bo staff with hct death 19 is merchfood, most mixed staves are except some can be fun to mess with.
The q9 air bo staff hct air 19 matching one is close to perfect but the 1 off kills it in value a lot. It's something I'd use myself or give to a hero.
Oh, the Archaic Axe, i'll talk about those when they spin it 180° so i don't fear for my face

i'd say about the same as far as rarity.
That's not to say that seller couldn't be over valuing their shield, but it shows there is a range.
Skull and Sharktooth are probably most common, and those you can get in the 25e-75e range.

even blue crap skin q5tac/13ar go for 20e often.
The 2-5a range is even possibly low, its a rare skin to find.
Someone has been spamming kama with a same stats gold sun and moon wts for 25a if that gives you an idea of what those 25e offers would do.

Onrah won't drop the tactics version as far as i can tell, every shield i see from him is command.
That one is probably from a quest that adds low level nightfall undead somewhere, i forget... maybe mehtani?

Missing insc slot ≠ os
If it was OS it would be a no inherent "clean" weapon since it's only bonuses come from insightful head / ench wrap.
It's a known bug, it happens sometimes, but pretty rarely.
They do have some value, but usually only to certain collectors for novelty value.

Not a loot, but experienced a weird glitch. 😊 It's quite possible that you also saw something like this. Today I got access to my old account from 2006, and opened a bunch of birthday presents and vouchers. So this green bone dragon mini pet from the 7th year gift voucher appeared as a bona fide 1st level (mini) pet. 😁
It looked this way only in this particular instant, and when I logged in again, it appeared as a regular non-level mini-pet.I've seen a similar bug in the past where every mini in town had a level 1 on it like that (like 10yrs ago)
The hilarious part was you could click on them and add them to your party, of course going out of town the mini party members disappeared. 😄

Shield has been fixed.
I wasn't worried about all around perfection, just "improvement" but nice shop.
I really did just add a layer with just the 2 flipped and lined it up 😆 using a crappy (ok i like it) android image editor.

Don't forget "unique" which means "exactly the same every time it drops" in gw terms 😂
Edit: imagine if "unique" items in gw were indeed unique, a randomly generated, profession tied to dropping boss *but* the inherents possible included basically any combo of inherents available anywhere, sometimes doubles.
Staff? Screw it somehow it rolled 30hp x3
Shield? Yay! A dual reduction green lol!
Focus? Ok, why the hell is this ench 20% longer and armor +10 vs lightning?
Most of the time they would end up oddly useless, but certain combos would be cool.

Afaik there is no zero xp way, but 750xp is possible.

250 from further adventures quest i think
250 from picking a secondary, rogue bull is closest
Then go thru acadamy by flagging ahead the allies for no xp. The acadamy start will not have the mission mark, but *he will* let you in.
Less xp may be possible with hax.

there's always the drop box at the top of the friends list, set it offline and hide from everybody.

got an idea, right click on your gw icon and hit run as admin and see if it'll let you change keys then.
If it works you can go into the shortcut properties and set it to always run as admin.

If you're stuck for money and can't afford to buy skills or even basic runes for your heroes, get yourself a farming character set up asap. Personally I recommend farming Vaettirs to get yourself started which works best with a sin, mesmer, or ele. The only thing you need to do this farm is run to the third or so town in eotn (Longeye's Ledge) and be level 20 to turn on hard mode.
Well, that and have beaten the EotN primary chain completely on another character. HM needs to be unlocked to turn it on. You also need the bear shrine primary norn quest complete on the vaettir farming character.

Really, only *you* need dp. Sure it's a party remover, but the luck triggers on 15% removal, not *entire party* dp removal.
Saying that, the vamp + mezzes of fast cast rez like power leveling a pet might help? Just use higher hp armor by a bit (like 105+hp) so you have more time to use a clover.

Wayfarers Marks can be used for other items every year during Wayfarer's Reverie
If those first ones are Monestery Credits use them for free id and salvage kits
