So maybe this is my lack of attention to the material option previously, is the rune prices new or has that always been there?
It showed up after the first time it went down. I think the first hiccup was the rune/dye update (and ugly font), and this last one was maybe optimization and the background (didn't notice it before).

This site is too much about price speculation anyway, and people will foolishly cuddle up to the offers on it. All it takes is a few accounts and a WTB WTS on an X or Y item to see people foolishly follow the prices set by these ads (fake or real, it doesn't matter).

You *can* trade the minis/tonics from surprise boxes, just not the sealed boxes.

Isn' it only purp staves that q8 "max" will happen in HM locked chests?
yep, insc versions of Q8 staves, purple are better than gold, as HSR and optional mods can be all max, instead of 18% HSR on gold ones

has that really been tested? because ive just salvaged these 2 without rezoning, and the amount of mats look to me like the m4m clearly worked. also on other occasions i got lots of mats without rezoning after using the inscription
I've never heard about needing to zone, and am 100% certain m4m work as soon as you add them.

The funnest thing to do with them is put a measure for measure on them and pray for the rare 1-2 rubies 😆 but that works better on higher merch value ones imo.

I think the Oni Blade is quite rare isn't it ? I mean i never saw a damage inherent with energy degen before.
It's known as dual zealous since adding a zealous mod its 2x energy regen.
Kinda opposite dual vamp. Dual vamp has niche uses at any req, dual zealous is functionally useless and collectors really want q9.
It might be worth putting it in an auction, but i'd guess at best XXe or maybe an arm or two.
