I don't think that this is true for everything that has been discovered in Guild Wars. Some projects, like TB++ have been created, thanks to competent and open-minded players. Both are possible. Cantha's level 2 carthograph is even possible without external GW functions via third-party software. But to find it, you have to keep it simple and logical, too much for most players who then look to the dark side.

There was a period of time around 2008 where you could go to your guild hall with another high level player that had the location you wanted. You’d join their party and they would return to the last place they came from (usually the town/outpost you wanted ie: doa) and they’d basically mule you around the map. This was patched fairly quickly though. There were quite a few level 2’s running around the corners of the world that didn’t belong. Useless… but still awesome.

i got no clue about hacks or private instances or w/e but I think the lvl 2 derv is just a relic from the gh bug back then. I also got a char that can travel to doa with tb thanks to it even though nightfall campaign wise it hasnt even left Istan. Would be interesting to see if he can bring one of his lvl 1 obby chars or a completely new one there, or only the Derv.

Now the lvl 2 primeval armor on the other hand, no clue how that works. Even if he could have traveled to Abbadons Gate with the gh bug back then I dont think the mission could be started even with dialogues if the char hasn't progressed the nf story up until that point?

If you could recognize in the posted video, what to remember, you would also know that this is not the case. Even if it wouldn't allow you to do it overall or to reproduce it in the desired context.

All we have seen is people babbling useless stuff to make themselves feel knowledgeable about something they can't even explain other than by spamming :^)

TL/DR : we've seen nothing and the derv could very well be just an old account
