imo thats merch or take what you can

Certain people collect -2s +45e shields and would be very upset if such a spicy Q5 example was merged. It's me

It being mixed is what hurts it.

Low req 5/13 tactics is still wanted, but with matching one or the other of stance/ench for both inherents. It would also be worth more with something like -2 stance or ench with +30hp, or +10vs something useful with another useful mod.

Mixed stance with ench makes it essentially collector only because most builds don't use ench plus a stance.

Blue will have no max stats for shields and will drop single mods only.
