You can surely use it yourself but since the mods are mixed (Ench and Stance) there are lots of better choices for a running shield.
I say merch mainly because I don't see anyone buying it, and even if they exist the price wouldn't be enough to justify spending your time finding them 🙂 -
not sure about the price, but id say don't merch because GotH is still a rare skin and its perfect with health mod
