Hi, Giving my minimal input on these as I foresee others giving you recommendations to merch some of these and I would hate to see them merched.
Half moon : (pre-nerf) Don't Merch. I would be interested so prefer not to PC
Flatbow : (pre-nerf) Don't Merch. Not sure
Eternal shield : (pre-nerf) Don't Merch. Not sure
Frost artifact : This appears to be a quest item, someone may have more insight on this one.
Shortbow : (pre-nerf)Don't Merch. I would be interested so prefer not to PC

Eternal bow : I don't think this is Pre-nerf as I believe this can drop from Kilroys Keyless Chest, someone else may confirm
Scarabshell Aegis : Merch (Q4 max Armor would be 12)
Dwarven axe : Nice!! This may also still drop from Kilroys Keyless Chest, someone else may confirm. I would be interested so prefer not to PC
Dead bow : Not Max DMG, Merch (unless someone sees a reason this should be kept)
Raven staff : Nice!! I sold a similar Q8 Raven Staff that was Water with Curses 15% for 7a about 6 months ago.
Special present : Not Sure
Flame artifact : around 20e-30e
eternal bow merch, its just normal drop in uW
Dwarven axe, yes it can drop keylesss everywhere, 13vs hex sucks but id say its ~100-150e worth

And items that chevy mentioned prenerf above are prenerf so yeah. hard to PC but all 10e+ def and the q8s can go higher
