It's a Req 7 Max Energy with two perfect inherent mods... I would just say it should deserve way more than that although I might have personally set the reserve price much too high...

Won't be reconsidering though... There might be quite a few req 7 Frost Artifacts out there, but it's not going to be easy finding duplicate inherent mods... That's the issue with offhands and shields ~ too much diversity
