1. merch, unless you find a req 9 collector or want to start a collection for yourself;
2. 1-off inherent damage mod but has mid requirement and a desirable skin ~ some ectos probably or plonk it on a hero
3. Mid req and desirable skin as well but hard sell ~ same as above
4. Merch if your heroes have better
5. San for a PC
6. & 7. Merch if your heroes are using better

That dude would be me. I'd pay that, or more, for the skins i'm missing in my 15^50 dagger collection. Oni is easily the most common skin you'll find on q8 daggers. And 15-10 is not a wanted mod.
