I'm using the Wintersday theme, forgot we had multiple themes, however I would like to get the clock on all hehe.
Stormcaller seems to be the only one that has it - I typically use revolution and it's not here either.

default has it as well. (had to log in to another computer to log on to legacy and since that ones keyboard is &*%$'d I had to get to another computer and then back to mine....guess its time to upgrade to 7.....been moved up the list from low priority /sigh)

It took me quite a lot of effort, but on the posts itself the time should now be displayed like this: 29-01-2017, 23:55 UTC - I had to modify core files of the forum.
Note of reference for myself should I need to re-do this in the future: functions_post.php, $post['postdate'] = my_date('d-m-Y, H:i e', $post['dateline'],0,2); (line 166)
sweet, really happy with it 1 more thing tho. It now says 21:10 UTC, while I set my forum times to UTC +1. So it could still be a bit confusing.
yeah, we should be able to put that in whatever you are currently using (as illustrated by stormcaller bottom right) and not utc...and date is confusing too for us americans who put the month first...so to alleviate that use may, june, april instead of numbers (no way to confuse February 10 with October 2 then).
Yeah, the timestamps now display a fixed time rather than one relative to your timezone, which is a very poor solution. A post I just made is stamped "04-02-2017, 21:56 UTC" while in my location it's Feb 5th 8:56am. If I need to determine what time a post was made in my local time I'm going to have to google it every single time. That'll make determining when it's ok for people to bump significantly more annoying.
it will and wont...it will be easier to figure out when you last posted if you know utc, and it will be easier to figure out over the 1 minute ago and yesterday stamps we used to have.
Now I just need to learn utc time in relation to my own time zone 
I'm going to search further for a better solution for this, but this is a bit of a thougher nut to crack for me since it requires me to actually modify the forum's code.
That's not to be said it's impossible, but it will have to wait until I have the dev environment ready.
