Celestial Scepter is one of the best celestial skins for me and also over all a nice wand to have as a skin.

Woah! I saw a bat signal!
The echovald... i'd guess In the 20-40e range. At least, that's all I would even offer on it. Pros: tactics, desired mods; Cons: overfarmed/botted, not perfect.
Maybe someone will bid more, but the market seems pretty hit or miss these days.

But, yes, it is intentional. I found it easier to organize the shields by only doing 5 combinations. I already reserve 2 full tabs in my storage for that collection as it is.
I’d rather pursue Echovalds anyways! 😉

I disagree with the previous PC.
I think an appropriate range on the exalted is 20-40e (based on skin, 2 perfect mods) and the tall, just take whatever someone offers. The market is way too slow to sit around hoping for 30-70e on that shield right now (or ever?)

I bought a Q9 for 20a. Q10 is around 5a - 10a probably max 7a not 10a.
So a Q12 would perhaps be around 2 - 3a (80 - 120e).
I highly disagree with this. I do agree with the value gab999 paid for his Q9 (20a) because of it's superior collectibility. However, after Q9, requirements 10-13 on strength shields (especially on desired skins like Eternal, Magma, Outcast, Echovald, etc) really wont differ more than 10-20% because their value is in showing off the skin itself.
I would estimate this shield is currently worth at least in the 300-400e range.
