The truncheon has stat values indicative of being dropped pre-factions, sometimes this additional "layer" of prenerf-y-ness can add some extra value to an item, tbd though. As said above, the broadsword is the best of the bunch, though still (very rarely) obtainable.
You might want to look over the info in all of these threads: Prenerf

No. He’s saying that by default the only one here that might not be prenerf is the fellblade. The only prenerf characteristic it could have is a higher gv than is currently possible on q8 drops.
Sure, it could have a lower gv and still be prenerf, but it would need some other identifying quality for that to be the case. The only thing that could be is the inherent, but because it’s 15^50, we know that’s not an option either.In any case, it's something quite recurrent in many conversations where some people devalue certain items because they are supposedly "not prenerf". Not everyone has the infinite knowledge of certains here.
Edit to respond to your edit: Devaluing something because it’s not prenerf is pretty typical/logical. Why would a fellblade, of equal functionality, that is still obtainable, be worth as much as one that isn’t still obtainable?
I’m not sure what your issue with it is. -

A few years ago I started keeping track of all my dungeon drops for shits and giggles. Today, after 71 Rragar chests, I got my first ever Dryad Bow (even counting all the pre-recorded runs). Of course it's q13...but hey, at least it's max.
Edit: Just noticed the turtle shell longbow that dropped along with it was 14-28. praise be to rngesus

Any idea on the scar eater please?Hey sorry for the delay! Glad you were able to sell the Illyana’s. As for the Scar Eater, it’s pretty difficult to tell those just by a single photo. (Even the side by side in the thread isn’t that helpful for that one.) Happy to check it out in game though.
As for the PC the other guy gave above, I wouldn’t listen to that. I don’t know of anyone who would offer that much for a Scar Eater (nor would I recommend that they pay that much, but if someone wanted to…sure, go for it.) It’s among the more common prenerf greens, is virtually indistinguishable from the postnerf and because of that also not particularly desired. -

As I mentioned on your Reddit post, the bow should see some interest. 20v50 is one of the worst inherents, but it’s still q8 on a very popular skin.
None of these greens are prenerf (Kepkhet’s is the only one of these that even had a prenerf version), but you might be able to sell em for a couple e each.
Besides maybe the colossal, I’d merch all the insc. golds. -
