Also, would it be possible for whoever did the Scar Eater screenshots to do another set? There's so much bloom I cannot see any difference in the staves.

Hey, thanks for the questions! I have a full collection of post-nerfs for reference, and all "confirmed" screenshots are done by me. For almost all of them, I try to have the weapon facing the sun to show as much color/detail as possible. Because of this, some white/silver ones are extra saturated. I can maybe throw another comparison together real quick, but the differences between the two staves will still be quite minimal. I always bring a post-nerf with me to check someone's scar eater.

Yep yep, unfortunately the wiki isn't a very reliable resource for this kinda thing. That was one of the initial struggles Oldschool Cool and I had when we started this project. There was no consistent source of information to reference what we found against. Some articles may have +60 when it's really +30 +30 and vice versa, or have the mods swapped around in some other way. Additionally, as the wiki images were added by various people at various times, some will show prenerf colors and some postnerf.

Happy to meet with you in game and check it for color, but this is one of the ones I don't expect to show any change in that category.

Kudos for making a post though. Keep an eye out for future ones

I could be mistaken but wasn't the +5e mod not available on OS items until a couple months after the release of Factions? The order for their availability would've been HoD sword > Rajazan's Fervor (factions release, april 2006) > Totem Axe (Prophecies, added in June 15th 2006 update > other OS items. Is this not the case? Is my timeline for the OS addition mixed up?

The availability for them would've been only a few months before Nightfall came out. The late release of that mod is the explanation for so few q7 +5e swords and q8 +5e prophecies swords.

Edit: That said, I've not seen or heard of any caster dwarven axes (or equivalent skins).

Edit 2: Saw your note in the other thread about the Jan 2017 HoH update. That would give it a few extra months past nightfall, but the main question for me is when the mod became available in the first place. If I knew at some point, I've forgotten.

You...you do realize almost the entirety of the Greens thread was found/written/compiled by me, right? Not sure why you're quoting what I said after finding the first woe spreader (or highlighting random words within the quote?). The only change a woe spreader will have is its weapon and icon color, which those owned by the OP do not.

I'd second the recommendation by others, here and in other PC threads, to just uhh...take a break from them. glhf

The Woe Spreaders in this pic don’t look prenerf (icons should be lighter, but easier to see on the wep itself). Happy to double check these or others with ya in game if you want. Post would be like 5k-3e.

Several updates to the thread today.

• Added confirmation of The Kindlerock thanks to a very generous donation from Kalvorn (along with a prenerf Rago's Wand!)
• Added confirmation of Chkkr's Flatbow and an updated image of Ironclaw.
• Added Foulfist's Focus to the potentials list (it was somehow missing until now...)
• Corrected the counts on total confirmed and potential greens.
• Added colored icons to the retroactive changes list (some we have found that don't have colored icons today)

For the potentials list I've thrown together several comparison images using screenshots found on some of the old fan sites linked by Oldschool Cool (thanks!) Most aren't very good quality, but I added the ones I thought showed a noticeable difference (might need to click on the bow images...). Hopefully this will help some of them show up. None of these are confirmed yet, but there's a better idea of what to look for now.

Happy to confirm that a prenerf "Faith" does exist. We thought so, but until now hadn't seen proof in-game. For whatever reason, the update that corrected the Imperial Dragon Spear and Phoenix's Retribution didn't correct these. Interesting to note that this is the only known prenerf added to the game after NF.

Polished the thread a bit more.

• Added some suspected prenerf images of a few unconfirmed greens.
• Also transferred over the list for known retroactively changed greens from the original discussion thread
• Transferred Oldschool Cool's explanation and examples for staff mod order changes to this thread. I combined that with my explanation, and added a few additional examples in the spoiler above the "no prenerf" list.

If anyone has an image for any of the retroactive greens before they were changed, or knows of other examples, please share! Will add a few extra notes for some of these soon (like patch note dates, etc).

See below for Faith proof. The stat comparison has been added to the main list. No color change on this one, just an addition of the missing mod.
