I sold or gave away more r8 factions shields than I kept. There was the 30/-5 Ornate Shield that I gave to a guildie in RfE after it dropped doing chest runs at Eternal Grove. An 30/2s Embossed Aegis that I picked up in Kaineng trade for 100k… the list goes on. For some reason I kept this bit of randomness. Maybe because Koss looks like a baller using celestial gear? This shield cant be bought with ectos.
Your biggest chance of getting a shield like this, imo, is to build a timemachine and go back when it was possible to get a treasure like this. -

Still one of my favorite skins, not perfect, but few things are. I still don’t totally track the pre-nerf thing (despite the amazing guide that exists) but perhaps these fall into that category.
