vabbian defender?!?! I mean yeah... a q0 eternal shield would also be interesting... but some things are not meant to be - do you have any hint that in fact such a thing might exist?
bronzehead only comes gold rarity
brass can drop but not in nf
skull&solemn cannot drop I think
sunburst cannot drop
guardian spear can drop, except the gold rarity one obviously

Skullreaver in presearing often drops blue shields with 8AR. It’s more sketchy with martial weapons.

new shields - gold, yes.
eternal shields low-req -- farm terrorwebs in Gate of Pain mission at the start can farm them on several options. i believe they drop q8/16s.
shadow shields - prenerf / no longer acquireable afaik -

was previously an aswer to ur question but in case it wasn't clear enough -- if u want gold max q8, no u cannot get them anywhere in UW. if u want purple q8, no monster/phantom chest will give it either. maybe the only way you get a purple q8 in UW NM or HM would be the keyless chest u get after a reaper is saved.

P sure only first and second Kilroy chests can drop q8, 3rd and uw/fow cant.
But shouldnt lvl 18 nightmares (uw NM) be able to drop q8 in theory? Not sure if they can drop shields/Foci/swords though.

UW NM Nightmares can drop q8, i remember years ago dropping a gold idol with hand skin.

Yes, Crimson skull can drop them on noob island just very very very rare in gold in hard mode.
