when i have tb running and minimize the game or tab out tb crashes the game quite often.
Any have an idea why this could happen?
For an solution i offer 10a

There was a time when running gw in windowed borderless was much more stable for the game when alt tabbing to other applications. I think it might not make a difference now, this was when they first added that option, but maybe just try it out.
(Or are you already using windowed borderless?)
(Also, windowed borderless looks nearly the same as fullscreen, so its not bad)

If you get a crash report you can share it there so they can check/investigate.

I've had the same issue until I found out that my computer doesn't download the latest driver updates and I have to update them from the website of the computers type. That fixed it for me

What CPU are you running?

manuS I was probing the the intel 14th gen problem that was leading to problems with my latest build that involved me having to limit certain things in the bios to stop various games from crashing during alt tab/minimise, which showed as a math error in gw.exe error logs and memory errors in other programs. your running a ryzen 5 so id assume unlikely to be a similar issue.
As has been said above, good practice would be to update all of your drivers for your hardware, CPU, GPU, MB to the latest stable versions.
