+1/20 core magics

Let's go straight to the point :

i had a conversation with Praise sometimes ago he asked me to check if i have any +1/20 spawning off hand and i didn't, because they use not to exist.

But things have changed now ! because it looks like new skins are rolling +1/20 on off hand with base magic !

So here are a few questions i wonder :

Do +1/20 now exists in soul reaping / divine favor / energy conservation / inspiration... ?

is a 20/20 base magic possible on OS off hand now with the new weapons ?

Do new skin wands roll also base magic attribute or not ?

divine favor is dropping on any skin, but i think it's not new

this also raises the question if the new shield skins can have spawning mods. i havent seen any though.

New Shields don't have it imo

So far only +1/20 spawn is confirmed on off hand but i wonder if +1/20 energy conservation/ or soul reaping is possible

div/spawn did always exist as hct/hsr on multiprof staff/wand. those mods seem to use the same selection of attris that the +1s on actual multiprof foci do. by that I mean: foci like the divine symbol does only roll monk attris, so doe a plagueborn foc req div. the new anniversary foci are technically multiprof now as we know from the multiprof staves and wands like plagueborn. It is odd why they did differentiate here: the plagueborn scepter is multiprof, but the foc is not. anet. and yes by that it does seem as though these are the first to drop spawn +1. but div has existed and applying the logic mentioned above I'd not expect any fc/sr/es +1 foci. only div+spawn.
