Reduce dazed 20 and +25 hale head =/ not even max hale.
and not max HSR which would be 14, not max ene which would be 7 and probably not even max dmg which I'd suppose to be 7-12

wow - awesome work there! And I mean both the work putting together the collection itself AND the screen - I can totally relate to that sort of pain... Those screens are glorious - I esp. like the q8 15-21 swords for a reason... but one question: +8vsDwarf - where's that longsword from?

they are not really wanted - see Here for a recent thread where many were listed. Q9 makes it halfway collectible and skin is nice - I'd assume something in the 25e region

Items 1-24: nice skins, the more desireable mods are there, some might even be sold as sets for specific skin. Most valueable are the +5e ones:
5 iirc I seen such been sold at 140e
6 definitely nice - I'd assume similar range 100-150e with a little time,
14 100e
20,21 50-100e I'd assume
28 50-100e
Next up 15^50:
1, 7, 12, 15, 19, 27 20-50e/ea
24 10-15e
Then a rare one is the 15/-1 mod
4 I'd see at 100-250e - highly collectible, sadly not vamp, I lack reference for detailed pricing
Then all the 15wE/15wS/15-5 ones go for round same ballpark:
2,3,10,11,13,16,17,18,22,23,26,32 5-10e/ea hard sales
The 15vshex,15/-10ar are rather unwanted for use, so only for collectors of the skins they are relevant:
8,9,25 list them at b/o 5e/ea and merch if no one grabs them
Left we have the shields:
29 mixed mod, nonmax mod, overfarmed skin - merch
30 singlemod merch
31 max q9 dualmaxmod okay skin (overfarmed tho), useable combo - I'd expect 50-100e here

q8 ele sword hasn't been reported to drop for several years - even though there are some spots that might drop them... some EotN lvl 20 mobs as well as lvl20 chests near elementals in few nf regions. Even though I ran a lot of chests in barbarous shore I did only get a few promising colossal scimmys, but no ele sword at all (even though there's a hand full of possible chest spawns near said elementals. Those would sure be rather nice!
Also the more known ones like q8 darkwing

3 nice skin for caster, high req but q13 has some popularity - 15e roughly
7, 9 good skins, max mods (not best, but okay) you can get 5-10e but hard sale
8 nice mod combo, sadly coreskin and q13 - 5-10e hard sale
10 good mod combo, by far too far from max, high req - merch
11 I love that mod combo, but far too far from max, core skin, high req -merch
12, 21 rare skin, good mod, good req - idk price but I'd expect some ecto
13 singlemod highreq - merch
14 bad mod combo, nonmax, highreq - merch
15, 16 hex mod unwanted, skins okay but still - merch
20 okay skin q9 15^50 - 10-15e or so
22, 23 okay mods, core skins not worth the effort - merch

nice summaries there! There are many true points I came across as well and I also found explanations for some. I summed my findings up in Here. Max q8s happen at 32-35g unid value, which can be dropped by the referenced levels 17-21. Elonian and canthan chests are lvl 20 by means of their drops. The reason why the higher levels have better chance is that the unid value drop rate by level has a peak just above the respective minimum value and rapidly decreases towards the higher end. For lvl 20 e.g. the range is 32-54g unid value, where the peak is at 34g, more than 50% of drops are below 40g and just 0.1% is 54g. This way you get best chance for the desired max q8 drops since the highest amount of drops is in the 32-35g range.
The huge advantage of chests over mobs is the reliability for uncommon/rare drops, which is not given when farming. The advantage of farming is usually a faster rate. But as you mentioned in nm there are far too few of said uncommon/rare drops, which is why you need find those rare spots in hm where there are lvl 20mobs. Hm has triple the uncommon/rare rate than nm and also higher rare over uncommon drop rate. But the spots are few (see Here for few examples).
Kilroy chests are only uncommon drops and are only interesting for the rare skins (dwarven/crysta) of which crysta is the only falling into the "still could drop in max q8"-category. But only the first chest can drop q8s since the later chests are higher level. (Read Here)
The higher dualmod rate is something I haven't looked into yet

sadly most commonly found q8 shield skin, q8 in str is not really necessary for anything plus it's just blue. You can get 10-20e but will be a little tough.
