wtf, where does the ghostly staff drop in restoration/chan/comm/healing/prot req ? Are they talking about ritualistic ghostly staff or green or they drop in uw end chest with these reqs ?

Chan and Communing drop from terrorweb dryders and chests near them in nf by domain of fear.

Don't bother opening chests for at least a few weeks, that just used up all your luck for a while.

Don't forget about Tasca's Demise is a small zone.

You can easily do a loop of it in just a few minutes.

It's 1 to 4 chests a loop, mostly 3.

Every foe there is Summit, so, every chest can drop SWS/SSS

Bonus is if you beat Hells Precipice there's a quest from in Droks that changes some groups in Tasca's and Mineral Springs to Titans (maybe magmas shields?). The normal mode quest will change foes in hm too.

Tasca's Demise. Small zone, normally 100% summit (except if you have Defend Droknar's Forge active), its up to 4 chests a run (i think). A loop around the whole zone is just a few minutes.

Yeah, the command / moti skin drops, its just the face I've never had drop. I'm not 100% positive it won't, but, I've done a loooooot of nm chests / soloing nm on istan and never seen any.

if you mean a q0 tribal shield with the face skin, i have never seen one of any req on n00b island.

Afaik, the tactics face version only drops once you reach kourna.

Well, since Cash wants it and probably Mr. Clean(-Value) would want it I'd post it in a sell thread.
