You are saying in your original post that the original Axe from Denravi was +25HP before it was changed to Energy +5 (so I have to assume that you are saying that the Axe from Denravi is Energy +5 now). I'm telling you that the Axe from Denravi is +15^Enchanted now, not Energy +5.

I asked if the Axe of Energy +5 that you are saying is the one from Amnoon Oasis, not Denravi, because is the only one with Energy +5 today.

Anyway, if someone can confirm the order of the mods for the HoD Bow and what mods the HoD Hammer has, I can create a page in the Wiki for each one within a Disambiguation category for all the removed HoD weapons.

I’ve seen a q9 dual zeal Crysta , i have a french screen as well.

But dual vamp... i Never heard of any crysta dual vamp. I guess it dropped, no reason not to.

So the basic rule " req X+ 8= Max armor (for the req) "should be only broken by the q7/16 version.

Bear with me here because this logic is founded on something that sounds impossible but I remember the posts quite strongly, although I can’t track them down.

Wasn’t there a purple r6 15-21 crystalline? I recall that from gwguru, was that real? Given the current r7 max for swords is 14-20 iirc, could that imply that such shields could exist?

It was definitely purple from my recollection. Someone asked if there was a r6 15-21 and, as I remember it, it just turned out to be a crystalline much to everyone’s surprise.

There are r7/16 armor shields. I just saw two of them. One was a dual defense and one was -2/+30 or something.

yes. There are q7/16 shields as mentioned. but q0/9 armor should not exist.

q7/16 should be the only "rule-breaker" to the normal equation that applies to shields.

still we all wanna see if thats really the case and see maybe a juicy low req q6/15 armor

Do we know the logic of the max dmg/min req boundaries? Was it the req range, or damage range, or both, that got changed?

I think that weird examples like ar12/r3 or ar15/r6 could exist, in the same way that a 11-22/r7 staff or wand, or 19-35/r7 hammer, are known to exist. They are unspeakably rare, and no longer drop max dmg even with r8, so this implies that these dropped under very special conditions. Contrast this with foci/swords/shields which still drop r8 from sources that previously dropped r7. I’m assuming here that the drop tables were changed for all levels, not just level 20 plus mobs. Very happy to be wrong, I just really like this question

I was curious to know 2 things :

1) why does +1 attributes shield do not exist for rt ? every caster has his +1 att on shields, only sin and derv (which is understandable) and rit are left over.

They implanted rit staves (ravens/ dead staves) in proph but not shield, any one know why ?

2) ObsidiaN  MaxBorken, i tag you both but other feel free to answer pls

Does a dual vamp or zeal spiked hammer exist ? Might probably have, but is the one of oni of demon slaying the only one on active accounts ?

Not sure why rit attribute shields were never a thing. How awesome would that be to collect!

As for spiked clubs they do exist and I’m sure there is quite a few r9+ max damage ones in DV/DZ. The problem that skin faces is most people that farm noob island do it in NM so there isn’t a ton of max dmg ones popping up. The other problem with the skin is most people don’t like the skin. They either get merched or put on hero’s or left on alt accounts or find someone like myself to waste hard earned ectos and armbraces on them

I would like to also add a question I have been wondering for a while. Are there any prenerf (19-35) r8 spiked clubs out there?

A lot, not really since very few have been given.

Only one was active 2 years ago, to my knowledge.

Chan and Communing drop from terrorweb dryders and chests near them in nf by domain of fear.

We know there are 3 OS +5e crystallines out there.

But was there ever a dwarven or serpent, or any of the other oddball HoH skins with a +5e mod?

There was a +5e tyrian serpent axe if my memory serves me right, can't remember what req it was though.

Edit: If I recall correctly it was a guru user by the name of KartMan who owned it, trying to go through the old guru screenshot threads in hope of finding the picture..

Edit 2: Gone through most pages now and the picture seems to be lost sadly. Maybe someone else has it saved or can confirm.

Crystal Story used to have an impressive collection when he was active in < 2010
