they are in the wall of the hard mode, try and tell us the result soon I will do the same with kournan zone.

People report they got them dropped in NM from mobs. Maybe the chests are exempt from NM. Il try 300 more

From the ones I posted only Ominous Aegis changes it's appearance when a dye is applied.

I might try my luck with some NM chests next.

Besides the rehomed tolkano skins I've yet to see any of the new stuff that isn't gold rarity, which if running canthans in NM isn't gonna be favourable.

I've since had some more from mallyx waves in NM (quicksilver req insp/FC, unicorn's wrath req FC) to go with the smite wolf's.

Wolf's Greed, req. Channeling - Domain of Fear, Nightfall - Chest. (This item can be dyed, but no difference when applied to the skin).

etched sword dyes nicely. full skin, 1:1 gets the color

Just had a Snakes Envy drop in Witman's Folly. Unable to salvage it for mats.

I can confirm this. The new items cannot be salvaged. Toolbox does not provide any information on this either.

correct me if im wrong: the only way toolbox knows about salvage materials is if it has been written down somewhere i.e. the wiki.

have any of the former bonus weapons been salvagable for mats?

if not, and, since i have been able to salvage lesser stoneblades (former pvp skins) my theory is this:

the former pvp-only skins have been turned into weapons in the game like normal, while the former bonus weapons have (unintentionally?) kept their unsalvagable nature as a remnant of being bonus weapons.

What foe was it?

I'm pretty sure I could salvage various kinds of etched swords into iron/steel. Haven't had any other tolkano type skins yet.

All the /bonus type skins I've had have not been salvagable for mats.

Hi, i drop a white q11 in vaettirs hm

I also got them from Vaettirs.

Randomly did the Glacial Griffon (Cold as Ice) a bit later and it dropped a white lesser too.

Dropped in sorrow's furnace HM locked chest

[Unresolved Questions]

1. The items have been seen in NM! But do they drop as q8 or lower? Theoretically yes, but it will be exciting to really see one!

2. A Leadership shield with +10 vs. Demons was spotted! But what about +1 attribute mods? Up until now the mods seen on Leadership shields were mostly identical to other OS shields.

3. What rarities do Arced Blade, Etched Sword, Granite Edge, and Stoneblade (the ones with Greater or Lesser counterparts) drop as? We know Lesser ones were seen in all rarities. The update notes imply regular ones drop as uncommon (purple).

4. Can the new items be salvaged for materials? Maybe they retained their trait of being unsalvageable (as bonus items)?

Edit: maybe a few CRs in Domain of Fear would drop some UW connected new skins, beside the Dryders chests too? Might give it some tries .

500 chests in waijun bazaar NM no single new drop. Maybe from lvl 20 chest they don't drop, or just bad luck. Need more testing.

Can be dyed, but there is no visible difference (except background, tried with different colours)...

Found this in the Jade Sea (Gyala Hatchery)

And with the Golden Eggs gone, so ends my raptor farming.

I dropped a Hourglass Staff Q9 Domination on a mob during Arachni Dungeon HM if it can help.
