Unable to report posts - server error

Reports still come through, but seems like this error is still occurring for some users?

I'll tag Iaerah here to see if there's something they can look into..

If more people / anyone else has any forum errors when reporting posts or elsewhere on the forum please mention or share so it can be investigated.

I also can provide informations about owner of the main source of disturbance (wich also includes the 2 trolls accounts - and more from the same source- just on top of this comment)

including :

- voip

- private discussions

- ids

- passwords

- localisation / ip

- and i dunno how i found that but someone mother's carreer.

Thank you! I was able to fetch the error logs with the exception code. I can find several errors with this message.

We still receive reports so this isn't a general issue and from what I can see in the error/stack trace, it seems to be triggered on some weird condition.

I have created a support ticket with the developers, I expect to get an answer tomorrow.

I've already had a reply from the developers and the cause of the reporting issue was found and is resolved. Due to that, WSC-Connect is not available until further notice (as this was causing the issues) - I'll be working with the developers of WSC-Connect to resolve this issue.

Please report each conversation and message so we can take a look at it - reports are taken seriously and looked at.

Concerning the alt account trolling and fake bidding, I agree that that is something that we need to improve upon and will.

Is this still an issue? We had an issue with DNS a few days back - we moved to BunnyCDN for DNS and they did a massive fuck-up on the import of our zone file (I've just got reports from them that they fixed the root cause).

They accidentally imported everything with "guildwarslegacy.com" added to it... so to reach Guild Wars Legacy, you would need to type in "guildwarslegacy.com.guildwarslegacy.com". Took a while before I figured out that that was what was wrong.
It was very stressful hour, I can tell you that.

Those issues should now be resolved, should it still be an issue, feel free to let me know.

We have also switched to using BunnyCDN as our CDN provider, so that should speed up Guild Wars Legacy for most users.
This isn't a free service, so feel free to donate if you want to support all of the development of Legacy

But this is mainly because we used CloudFlare before and I want to be less reliant on a provider that runs gigantic parts of the internet - competition is healthy!
I also have a preference to work with European companies where I can, since Legacy is European-based, so that also plays a role.

just a loading circle popup when on the website, main page or whatever else, and it loads for some 10s of seconds and the error popped up. also the site wasnt really working/loading properly

edit: also the site is now working only intermittently, the latest post side window and notification (-time) isn't updating. and i also got that same error as a whole page instead of just the windows on top of the website

Strange, do you get any error messages/ID's that I can use to check the control panels?
