I personally didn't know they could drop other then vs undead in uw!
they cant drop with creature mods other than undead in uw

I think hes saying if it drops with a creature mod there it will only be +10 vs undead, however other mods are still possible such as yours

Thats normal, this started happening when they added tengu patrol to come from in there to stop 55hp monk farmers, waaayyy back then.
