The end of the Year of the Rooster is dawning and the year of the Dog is lurking.
Join us in joining the Canthan Empire in welcoming the Year of the Dog with the first contest on our new website.
You've read it correctly - Guild Wars Legacy is joining in in the fun with the Canthan New Year and we're running our first new contest - feel free to join in the fun!
What can you win?
Most important ofcourse is - what can you win? For this contest we've set something special aside:
* A Miniature Grawl code
* A set of Guild Wars badges (you can only get these from us now!)
Every winner will also gain 3 months with no ads on Guild Wars Legacy and will get the trophy associated with this contest.
Please note that these prizes can change and depending on the amount of contestants we might increase the prize pool.
What do you need to do?
Well, with a Canthan New Year belongs a ton of alcohol... like rice wine! Enjoy the local delicacies, I'd say!
When slightly imbibed with copious amounts of alcohol, you might get some slips of the tongue. Like for example, Molotov Cock-Trail instead of Morostav Trail.
What we want you to do for this contest is ruin a Canthan name, either be it a place name / the name of an NPC or a skill name.
You'll need to list what you've made fun of and provide a link to the official wiki.
The funniest ones, or the ones that crack us up the most, will win a prize.
Judges for this contest are Iaerah , MaxBorken , Emma , cosyfiep, Anssa and Marty Silverblade - though the others in the Legacy Team can join in.
When will this contest run?
This contest will run between the 1st of February until the 25th of February. We'll try to post the winners as soon as possible.

Reply to this post with your entry, and add the Wiki link to what you're referring to.
Rules
No contests without rules, I fear:
- All staff of Guild Wars Legacy that is judging in this contest is exempt of participating in this contest.
- A Guild Wars Legacy account is required.
- You can submit as many entries as you want, but you can only win 1 prize per person.
- Any entries must be suitable for a family audience. This site is available to all ages. Any entries found to contain inappropriate content will be edited or deleted at the discretion of the moderators. Entries that are not suitable for family audience are automatically disqualified.
- A single person can only use a single account to enter. We won't send multiple prizes to the same address.
- Should you win we will contact you in order to get all details required to get the prize to you. If we don't get a reply within a week the prize will go to the runner-up.
- The winners and runner ups will be decided by the Guild Wars Legacy staff (listed above)
- You can participate between the 1st of February 2018 until the 25th of February 2018.
- This contest contains physical prizes. Our team will try to cover the shipping costs, but should these be too high we'll contact you to find a solution.
- Winners will be contacted by mail.
For the first entry, I'd choose a proficient Canthan healer and a friend of those traveling to the depths of the Mists with just a few comrades, accompanied by
