Are we aware of any q8 (or even q7) +30 +10 vs. dwarves shields? I don’t think I’ve ever seen one, and sometimes I dream of there being one in a stone summit or summit warlord skin 🤤

they should be able to drop - even at 10-20. but I have not seen any. they would only drop in nm on mobs - and I think no one is doing those. most ppl go chestrunning and often hm even.

skins u listed dont exist.
Sources where they come from cannot drop q8.
If there is lvl 16-20 foe or 300-450g chest that drops the skin its possible to have max q8 (for gold ones)
Blue insc u can get any skin that drops blue from foes

Here's the list :
- Staff (req fire) q9/10 skin Bone dragon Staff, ghostly staff and zodiac staff (ins or unins?)
- Swords (req 9/10 +5e 19/20% ench) skin : dusk blade / eternal blade / fellblade / golden phoenix / zodiac (ins or unins? )
- axes : req9/10 +5e 19/20% ench skin : chaos / hand axe tyrian / piercing axe / zodiac
- bows : req 9/10 +5e skin : stormbow / mursaat longbow / eternal (ins or unins )
- spear (always insc i assume?) : q9/10 : draconic / mursaat / voltaic
- Scepter : req 9/10 fire magic ins or unins skin platinum / zodiac
- shields : req 9/10 ins or uninsc -2ench +45 ench skin : Defender or tower / magma / tall shield
- focus req 9/10 fire ins or uninsc flame of artifact
I prefer uninsc but not sure that always a possible drop today.

Hi all, do DF outcast/shadow/celestial/zodiac staves exist with +5e/wEnch?
I'm asking because all I see here on Legacy is with HCT/HSR mods, but maybe I missed one with the above. Ty!
OS staves can’t drop with such a mod. Zodiac staves do drop inscr which you can mod with +5^Ench

i have been trying to farm WoC kappa (lvl 15) , got the shields only in white rarity 
, its long and hard farm as i am trying to solo , 1 run takes 15-17 mins
killing around 20-30 kappa in total

I know for a fact that they drop, I'm not telling using "trust me bro" strategy. If the item drops in HM as gold, then it can drop gold in NM Al low req. Unlike tribal axe witch don't drop as gold in HM or NM. Except some OS shields ofc.

Since the anniversary update, new builds with 5 strength-shields are quite funny, such builds could also be created if there were non-max (4 or 5 leadership) shields, but I've never seen any yet. Has someone ever seen one dropping??

Since only the new shields can drop with leadership requirement, we just don't know yet, but it seems highly unlikely at this point. We've only seen low q in eotn and only for items that can drop in non-gold rarity (I think this includes Stonedge and some other sword, no shields). If low q for the other items was possible we'd surely have seen someone sell them by now.
