Some professions deserve an “UP!” more than others. Once again, I appreciate that there has been a minor update to the skills. But I get the impression that the text accompanying the update meant more to say: You wanted it, we did it (albeit timidly), rather than: We studied the meta and balanced the professions most in need of a skill update.

Who knows, maybe a future update will do that.. But I agree, it's even harder to balance a game than to create it.

Nerfing/changing the skill that took the biggest beating in the game's history aka Shadow Form is probably a risk

Targetting the most popular PvE skills would have also been a big risk

matching dual mod on a q8 is insanely lucky and high tier, nowhere near single mod

haha fair enough.. we call that "dumb luck" cause dual mod is very rare, but then when you finally get one, its similar to this.. 4 off max and hex mods I didn't really think about it being q8 as opposed to q9+ so yeah that makes it even more rare and a bigger slap in the face heh.
