Today I looted a staff wrap of the Mesmer which allowed me to test the Psychic instability minion bomber hero. It works quite well I would highly recommend!

100% its only drop chance is from Rabbits during the 1 in 100 chance all rabbit spawn in the bunny hole. 😆
