Well on NM the vampire and energy sucky sucky thingies are lower level I think. But dont ask me for certain, havent really played the game in almost 2 years at this point, wiki knows for sure tho

The 1st one doesnt drop anymore. Later on there are others. If you let them suicide they wont drop. If you kill them before they suicide, they drop.
I'm not sure i will id it, too afraid ..

Unbelievable!!!! One of the 4 skins I miss in +1/20 +30hp. Look at the sweet r10, 20%, 30hp. Somehow Fire Magic and Zodiac make sense as well. I'm just absolutely in love. I have high hopes to finish my r9-13 collection, but all skins was always just a dream. Now with acquiring the first perfect Zodiac I've seen in my years building this collection. I have a slimmer of hope to find the last 3 skins, I'll need everyone's help for this though

Examples:
The "Vampires" (Hopping Vampire, Thought Stealer) drop low req in NM (Skins of Stoneroot Chest). But for that you have to kill them before they kill themselves with Suicide Health (note of wiki: Creatures dying due to the effects of this skill will not drop items or give experience.). I've dropped quite a few of them, but nothing extraordinary yet.

lvl12 is afaik the lowest level to drop gold items - so no, they won't drop low req golds unfortunately
