Glacial Blade wont drop in Purple(Uncommon) at least per the patch notes. So it's bait. I wont believe anything about Glacial Blade until I see video and/or a single chat window screen of what dropped it, or someone looting from a Locked Chest

That being said. This is my continued research towards the Glacial Blade. I am holding any and all information related to it's drop point. There are several people on this project with me and if anyone else wants to share their farms/findings are more than welcome.

So yeah.. killed the necro boss, Avarr like 10 times and got his scepter two times back to back, but no glacial blade.

Not sure who put the below description on the glacial blade wiki page, but it doesn't get any further north than this boss.. and the Frostmaw's dungeon.

Did anyone even see a glacial blade in a trade window. At this point I don’t believe it’s in the game. Might ask a Dev on Reddit.

The question is, how much money people want to make before they tell the others where it drops. I do understand, that they want to make some crazy money first, let's see when they got enough to tell us (or someone else solves the riddle where they drop)...

Glacial blade(s) restricted to lvl28+ far shiverpeak wildlife mobs?

For the japan 1st anniversary shield, we could have seen a lot more than these two from EotN because of WoC HM farm (lvl28 are common in HM). In far shiverpeaks, there are some mobs but they can’t be heavily farmed : avalanches, jotuns, pinesouls and of course bosses.

If any non believers (as I once was) want to see in trade to confirm lemme know

I would say the bosses prior to Duncan in HM as usually in scs they are done in NM.

My guess would be forgewight part. "Forged by norn".

Make sure to clear all foes and open locked chest.
