I'm sure it's already known, but I found a Chimeric Prism today in a locked chest by Granite Citadel (HM) / Tasca's Demise, and also an non-inscribable Peacocks Wrath.

Pretty pleased with the Chimeric seems quite rare looking at Kamadan trade chat.

it is extremely rare, if you get a decent dual modded one it can be worth a ton

That's indeed odd because even the bonus item does fire damage.

Rit attributes the dmg is normally one of the four elemental types.

Just looked at the "attributes" section of OP. I'd thought that Dragon's Envy was an "all caster attributes" staff, but it looks like it's only one attribute per class, and most of them are kinda shit attributes? Bummer.
