You have to buy the new bell MTX to get the free cons/pcons daily from the reforged coin just FYI. You can't get them otherwise. Not sure I'd say this is a good compromise to cons bots, but it's something.

Can be spammed without restrictions and repeatedly influences enemy aggro. You can also use it as a target for Ebon Escape & Return, then jump off it with Viper’s Defense and Heart of Shadows.

Speed Clear Ele yes, actually don't really mind that feature but since it does give you an advantage game play wise the pay2win argument stands.
At least the price is kinda fair. With all those free consents I might give solo Urgoz another try.

I mean this game has no abo and the items cna be accessed in game already and for the "paid version" you only get 5 a day. Pay to win is something that is hidden behind a paywall which those are not. Its just a small QoL

the agro steal will be removed shortly, come on.... Pay2win on a bug... The summont itself doesn't matter since all things he sells can be retrieved at regular merchants... and let's face it, everyone use lockpicks.. We are not in an era where you pay a guy to open chests for you in Witman's Folly
