Mirror of Lyss, outside of Dzagonur Bastion. There are groups of elementals consisting of one Djinn + three Roaring Ether. Two Roaring Ether are lvl 20.
Edit: looks like if there are 2 Djinns both Roaring Ether are lvl 24 and only one lvl 20 Roaring Ether in the first group

I saw where he is on the wiki page, I'm just happy to know he exists. He gets my hopes up for another 'unicorn' skin i never thought possible as a no req. With his level i think it should be possible, it's comparable to the low end of other sources on istan that drop no req max shields.
and I'll be pissed if he doesn't because he's wielding it in his damn picture 🤣

Don't think lvl 5 can drop 8ar Q0. I've killed a lot of low level stuff and never seen one that low lvl drop max Q0. Anybody got evidence to the contrary?

indeed lvl 5 could drop max q0 shields but only white/blue - since purple will only happen from lvl7 upwards. Leveling him might look like a fun idea however drops don't work that way- they are based on the level the mob is spawned with.

I always wanted sunreachs shield back in the day but couldn’t afford it. Went to cap beguiling haze off falaharn years ago after it became cheap, it dropped, and I still have it today.

Bad. Lost my faith in players yet again, made a trade for 20a post to pre yesterday, didn't get scammed, thought i'd do it again.
Never again.
My client crashed making the second screenshot which confirmed the trade, which makes me very sad.
Who scams on a dead game that people play just for fun, we agreed 10a for the +18% Pommel in pre, which is not alot of money for a lot of people, but for me thats hours of gameplay.
Watch out for this guy : Monk E See Monke Do.
