That's cool. I think today it depends on which title you max. There's still a lot of fervor associated with faction titles. Back in the day, you'd get loads of random grats for every title you maxed, sometimes even just for making good progress. I remember getting random grats for reaching Indomitable Survivor haha. Much more enthusiasm back then.
