One of the first good drops I got in the game was a Q9 E+5 Celestial Sword. But I thought that uninscribed items couldn't be modified (all of them, not just wands, focus, and shields), so it ended up at the merch

I've had locked chests be red healthbar a couple times in the past. No idea what causes it.

Same... Just random spawn with a chest spawning on a mob or vice versa although an item having a red tag is unusual
Can you target it with skills? And if you pick up the item and then drop it on the ground, does it still have the red health bar?

- The Anniversary Celebration starts today and runs through May 6.
- And in one week, on April 28th, we'll release the post-Searing version of the Forsaken Tunnels, called Tunnels of the Forsaken.

I’ve gone ahead and reserved some names using the available slots while I still can. Now I just need to figure out when I’m going to use them…
Hurry up—a lot of classic names are already taken! (Note that the name remains yours for 24 hours after your character is deleted. You can use one slot to reserve multiple names).
EDIT: On the other side, I see there aren't any discounts in the store anymore... That's really bad during the anniversary, especially given what's included in the update. At the beginning of the month, there were still some discounts.
As for the dungeon, let's wait and see ..
