Today I had two torment claws (Stygian veil) start wanding me.
Decided to go back and kill both with heroes out of range, and they both dropped quicksilvers...

Not weird at all. Both Torment Claws and Tendrils have always had a chance to wield wands and drop them after being killed. Before the 20th anniversary it was always green Stygian Wands, now the colored trail gives away that it's an anniversary gold.
Understandable tho that it might be news to non-doa players -

There is a quest in the desolation : "destroy the ungrateful slaves". You can farm it with a regular VoS

I knew the anniversary update brought back players and more players get more titles but this seems a liiiittle bit much!
(Somehow or other I guess I got an underflowed response by checking right as it ended, looks like they used unsigned int32 and count in seconds...)
