Yeah i bought it, i wish this dropped, i haven't been getting lucky like M O N K F O O L or Blind Was My Fury on the Summit shields. But we Bartered to a nice deal imo.

Then it only drops from Beast Sworn Heket. There is no chest that drops it. Iv tried farming it in low req a fair few times. Theres 2 groups just outside Pogahn Passage, towards The Moon Fortress that iv slapped for a few hours at a time. Though iv only had a blue 8/15... But iv had golds q9+ from them aswell.
Edit: Check this out for where to get them: Beast_Sworn_HeketFYI, any Heket can drop an Effigy Tribal Shield from my experience. They're just not as frequent

Heckets aren't the only ones to drop it ?
I mean they held (sometimes) the shield. Drop it in the chest next to them

What i'm trying to say is, all of hekets do drop them, not only Beast Sworn Hekets as it was stated in previous posts.
EDIT: And just because one didn't get it from a chest, it doesn't mean they don't drop from chests as well.

GW treated me today with the sad truth that after ~12-13 years of GW absence all my characters and items are deleted/transfered and replaced with bots. After the support's notice that my account was hacked in the meantime, I still had some hopes that my comeback would be with some stuff to work with. Feelsbadman.
On the positive side, I have a ton of anniversary minis now and still my account based titles.

It's so unfortunate that you cannot repeat WoC quests by talking to an NPC. It would be lovely to be able to farm this on a character AND complete WoC, but alas, my dervish will be stuck on this quest forever.

you can. just complete in nm and then do it again in hm and wait there. if you did both its gone though. but you can do with sin also
