similar looks to destroyer sword, which also looks like it could have a fixed elemental (fiery) mod but doesn't. at least thats how i try to make sense of it

Not Guildwars per se.
This is a new unused German version , at least I think it is from the box, and thats where it came from as well.
With the complete version at $7.99 , do I get another , or keep it unused.
I havent has much luck with Nightfall or Prophecies CE editions that are not priced outrageously.

Assassin+5 for rangers/martial weapons users can go /A and use critical agility+way of the master for a +25 armor/33% IAS/18% chance of renewal and 1 energy per hit
I have personally tested this with 100b sword and triple chop warrior and it is excellent. I am gonna try it on my dervish as well!
Spawning power+5 for bone fiend/flesh golem mm's get a 20% HP increase
Fast casting +5 on minion bombers can now run psychic instability and pump out minions. Niche spells like deep freeze, meteor shower, asura summon also benefit from this
+5 elementalist staves with other mods can offer +35 energy for pre casting high energy builds
