Correct, I have never seen a q0 8-11 sword, if one exists, that would be new to me.
These are the Q0 8-10 swords that I have, they certainly don't drop as often as other q0's (sorry too lazy tonight for screenshots)

mind sharing a screen of the white q0 8-11 sword you mention? because I am VERY certain, that max and min stats per req are in agreement over all the rarities (exception are of course staves that just seem to be odd since their nerf and min stats for things that just cannot happen since gold starts dropping just at a certain lvl, like purple.
There are some collectors weps known, that do exceed the usual ranges of drops however, but those do not count, since they were hard coded by the devs at some point and not generated by the drop mechanic as implemented in the game. technically a dev could hardcode a 40-40 bow at q0 as a collectors item and it wouldn't mean anything concerning the stat ranges of drops.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but i've been wondering if non-dervishes can drop q0 max insc scythes. Killed a lot of undead in Fahranur and destroyers in nm in ctc and haven't even seen a blue max.

2handed plat staffs have inspiration as insc version, plat wands have dom. not even sure fast casting exists
edit: but illusion does not exist with insc
i think fast cast isnt here for any wands coming from end chests donjon or plat wand for that matter.
I dont recall ever seeing a FC plat wand inscr or dark horn etc.... ty !
